All cancellations must be submitted in writing (via email or official correspondence).
Verbal cancellations will not be accepted. The effective date of cancellation will be the date on which
written notice is received.
Refunds, where applicable, are determined by the number of days prior to the safari start date,
as outlined below:
All refunds are processed after deducting any non-recoverable costs already paid to third-party suppliers.
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 14–30 working days and issued via the
original method of payment, unless otherwise agreed.
Please note that the cancellation policies, terms, and conditions of individual camps, lodges,
resorts, and hotels included in your itinerary may apply and will supersede this general cancellation
policy where they are more restrictive.
Clients will be informed of any non-refundable or restrictive supplier terms at the time of booking
or confirmation.
